Noordhollands Dagblad reported that Alkmaar-based Floow.ai finished in fifth place in the 'labour market and society' category at the announcement of the most innovative SME in the Netherlands, during the KVK Entrepreneur Days at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.
Floow.ai reached the ranking from a record 270 entries with its AI-driven app, which personalises the training and retraining of aspiring care professionals and removes much of the administration and guidance — helping the sector find new staff faster amid ongoing shortages.
